Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring for entry‑level to mid‑level positions across multiple verticals in Nepal. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job boards, social media, campus outreach and community networks.
• Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face interviews, evaluate cultural fit and record structured feedback.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, adhering to defined service level agreements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success metrics and improve hiring benchmarks.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with the Nepal Labour Act and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and perform screening & shortlisting.
• Experience in offer negotiation and volume hiring is preferred.
• Strong command of Nepali and English communication.
• Familiarity with Nepal Labour Act compliance.
