Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

MandaapX is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join its talent advisory team at the Sukedhara office in Kathmandu. This full‑time, onsite internship offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for both technical and non‑technical positions across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and global hiring teams.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain job board listings.
• Update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in building and maintaining an active talent pipeline.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media outreach.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to learn advanced sourcing and interview techniques.
• Perform additional recruitment and HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication with professional etiquette.
• Proactive, curious, and resourceful with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Available for full‑time onsite work at Sukedhara, Kathmandu.
