Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will configure and troubleshoot our products to resolve customers’ technical issues. The role acts as the bridge between customers and internal teams, providing both onsite and remote assistance in a complex networking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support to customers, dealers, and partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, networking, software configurations, and system integrations.
• Identify faults, analyse root causes and propose practical, timely solutions.
• Conduct technical trainings, product demonstrations and provide user guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and capture customer feedback.
• Participate in internal technical training and continuous learning programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science/IT.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting directly with customers.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English – listening, speaking, reading and writing.
