Telehealth Nursing

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our telehealth team in Kumaripati, Lalitpur. Working night shifts aligned with US business hours, you will provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically‑ill patients in the United States and other countries, while operating from our on‑site office.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and health metrics remotely via telehealth dashboards and monitoring devices.
• Deliver daily medication, exercise, hydration and appointment reminders through phone or video calls.
• Operate multiple software applications simultaneously, switching between EMR, telehealth platforms and communication tools.
• Accurately document and update patient information in the EMR system.
• Identify abnormal readings and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or overseas medical team.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and company data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse) recognized in Nepal.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, home‑care or elderly patient management.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work onsite in Lalitpur and adapt to US time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Experience using telehealth software and patient monitoring devices.
• Adept at navigating multiple digital platforms and managing several tabs/windows simultaneously.
• Strong computer literacy for digital workflow management.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position (9 hours per day, 5 days a week).
• Night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours.
• Monthly salary of NPR 65,000 – 75,000, based on experience.
