Telesales Supervisor

About the role

The Telesales Supervisor will lead a team of telesales agents in Kathmandu, promoting FTTH services through inbound and outbound calls. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a telesales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor call quality, review performance metrics and provide coaching.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports and campaign results.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of telesales staff.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Solid analytical skills for interpreting sales data and performance metrics.
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
• Relevant experience in telesales, call‑center operations or telecom/FTTH services.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet targets and handle multiple priorities.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with call‑center software platforms.
