Territory Sales Officer

About the role

The Territory Sales Officer will drive sales growth for a premium kitchen appliance brand across the Narayanghat and Nepalgunj region. This early‑career role offers the chance to build a professional sales career while working with a globally recognised product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new sales channels such as dealers, distributors, showrooms and modular kitchen partners.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations and follow‑up proposals in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
• Support local promotions, exhibitions and in‑store activations together with the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely payment collection and resolve client concerns related to orders, delivery or after‑sales service.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics or consumer durables.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with the local Narayanghat/Nepalgunj retail and dealer market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally; two‑wheeler and a valid driver’s licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Exposure to CRM tools.
