TikTok Content Creator

About the role

Garocha.com is looking for a creative TikTok Content Creator to showcase its live‑streaming platform and engage the creator community. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu will work closely with marketing and product teams to produce compelling short‑form videos that highlight Garocha’s features and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, film and edit TikTok videos that illustrate platform functionalities and creator stories.
• Publish content on schedule, respond to comments, and foster audience interaction.
• Experiment with new formats, trends and challenges to increase reach and engagement.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results and iterate content strategy based on data.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, creator culture and live‑streaming communities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align video concepts with campaign goals.

Required profile

• Strong short‑form video creation skills, from concept to final edit.
• Proficiency with mobile video editing apps and a basic understanding of sound, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, audience engagement tactics and creator culture.
• Ability to plan content calendars, test concepts and adjust strategies using performance data.
• Clear, inclusive communication and comfort appearing on camera when needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and manage multiple content projects.
• Interest in live streaming, gaming or online creator communities; prior social‑media content experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
