Video Manager – Editing & Graphic Design

About the role

Ojas Agro Holdings is looking for a creative Video Manager to produce high‑quality video and graphic content that supports the brand’s online presence. The role combines video editing, motion graphics, and visual design to deliver engaging material for social media, websites and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social platforms, websites and marketing assets.
• Create graphics, thumbnails, banners and motion‑graphics elements that complement video projects.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency and meet project requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project files for efficient workflow.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine final outputs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and software updates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant work.
• High school diploma minimum; degree or certificate in film, design or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Basic motion‑graphics knowledge; After Effects a plus.
• Familiarity with social‑media video formats such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
