Video Producer

About the role

The Video Producer will join our Kathmandu office to create compelling multimedia content that showcases our import services, processes, and brand story across digital channels. This full‑time position focuses on planning, scripting, shooting, and delivering high‑quality video assets that support marketing campaigns and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for video projects aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage on‑site video shoots, including equipment setup and talent direction.
• Oversee editing, post‑production workflows and ensure timely delivery of final videos.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other cross‑functional teams to integrate video content into campaigns.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand guidelines across all video outputs.
• Optimize video files for various platforms such as website, social media and client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end video production and multimedia storytelling.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially in an on‑site, cross‑functional environment.
