Web Analyst – Full‑time, On‑site in Kathmandu

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Web Analyst role based in Kathmandu. The Web Analyst will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and interpreting data from company websites, apps, and digital platforms to improve user experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain web analytics tools and tag management systems.
• Create dashboards and regular reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities that affect product usage and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to provide data‑driven insights and optimization recommendations.
• Set up measurement frameworks, define events and goals, and ensure data quality across all digital properties.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business or a related field (interns and diploma students may also apply).
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tag management systems is an advantage.
