About the role

Tranquility International Beauty and Spa Academy is seeking a dedicated Academic Coordinator to oversee the planning, delivery, and quality of its beauty, spa, and wellness education programs in Nepal. The role will act as a bridge between trainers, students, and management to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic programs and training schedules.
• Ensure smooth delivery of classes in coordination with trainers and management.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, assessments, and student progress reports.
• Coordinate examinations, certifications, and graduation processes.
• Ensure compliance with academy policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
• Prepare academic reports and documentation for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, education management, or training coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Strong ability to multitask in a dynamic learning environment.
