Account & Finance Manager – Manufacturing (Dairy)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Account & Finance Manager to lead financial operations within its dairy manufacturing division. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily financial data, compile reports and assess the company’s financial health.
• Prepare quarterly and annual accounts, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with VAT, TDS and income‑tax regulations.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and maintain up‑to‑date financial documentation.
• Process letters of credit (LC) in coordination with banks and monitor import cargo clearance progress.
• Maintain the accounting database, perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash balances.
• Manage vendor payments, contracts, follow‑up on late payments and report bad debts.
• Assist with credit collection, month‑end close, and financial analysis to identify gaps.
• Review and reconcile accounts of group companies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account & Finance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting standards.
