About the role
The company is seeking an Account & Finance Manager to lead financial operations within its manufacturing division. This role will be based in Bharatpur, Chitwan and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for the manufacturing unit.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Support strategic decision‑making by providing financial insights and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account & Finance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
