About the role
The company is seeking an Account & Finance Manager to lead its financial operations within the manufacturing sector in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The role offers a negotiable salary and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with production and supply‑chain teams to align financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial statements to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience as an Account & Finance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
