Account Officer – Hotel Industry (Meghauli, Chitwan)

About the role

The hotel is seeking an Account Officer to manage its financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and tax compliance for a busy hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records of income, expenses, and payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Handle guest billing, vendor payments, and invoicing.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as an Account Associate/Executive in the hotel or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong relationship‑management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the hospitality market and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
