Account Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and detail‑oriented Account Officer to join our growing Finance & Accounts team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling day‑to‑day accounting transactions, managing receivables and payables, supporting tax compliance and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Nepalese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing and related documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and client collections.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage daily petty‑cash transactions.
• Assist with VAT, TDS, income tax and other tax‑related compliance in coordination with the tax consultant.
• Prepare basic financial reports such as profit & loss and balance‑sheet summaries for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and financial records.

Required profile

• Dedicated, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• At least 12 months of relevant accounting experience.
