Account Officer – Manufacturing

About the role

The Account Officer – Manufacturing will be based in Bharatpur, Nepal, working full‑time on‑site for a manufacturing unit. The role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting and supporting the finance team to ensure accurate and timely information.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers and prepare regular financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and respond to account‑related queries from vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong finance knowledge with practical experience handling financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Solid analytical skills to review data, identify trends and support decision‑making in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities to interact with colleagues, vendors and stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in finance, accounting or business administration; professional certifications are a plus.
