Admission Support Officer – New Zealand

About the role

The Admission Support Officer – New Zealand will work from our Kathmandu office, assisting prospective students through every step of the New Zealand admission process. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Verify student documents, assess eligibility, and prepare application packages for New Zealand institutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal CRM and student management systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, in‑person, and digital channels, providing clear information on admission requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, partner institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Follow up on pending applications, update students on status, and support occasional information sessions or events.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of admission procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Analytical ability to review documents and identify issues.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Preferred diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of New Zealand education systems or international student admissions is an advantage.
