AI Training Specialist

About the role

The AI Training Specialist will join AI Ko Bato’s education initiative to deliver engaging, practical AI courses to students in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for translating complex AI concepts into beginner‑friendly lessons and guiding learners through hands‑on projects using the latest generative AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom sessions, workshops, and practical training on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Introduce and demonstrate modern AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and related tools.
• Teach prompt engineering techniques and real‑world AI applications.
• Create structured lesson plans, presentations, exercises, assignments, and supporting materials.
• Mentor students through AI‑based projects, providing feedback and ensuring ethical use of technology.
• Assess learner progress, offer constructive feedback, and continuously improve training content.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and pedagogical methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional roles.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying technical material.
• Commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI tools.
