AI Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Editor to transform AI‑generated clips into compelling advertisements. The role is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, solid editing fundamentals, and the ability to work independently from rough footage to a finished product.

Key responsibilities

• Edit AI‑generated clips into clear, engaging ads that follow client briefs.
• Build pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects.
• Critically review footage, flag weak or unusable shots, and suggest improvements.
• Incorporate feedback, handle revisions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Export videos correctly for various social and digital platforms.
• Maintain organized project files, versions, assets, and final deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or related work.
• Hands‑on experience with editing software.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound, subtitles, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work without constant direction.
• Willingness to learn new AI and creative tools.

Required skills

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• AI video generation tools.
• Motion graphics and animation.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe Illustrator.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of NPR 20,000 during a 3‑month probation period.
• Salary increase to NPR 25,000 after successful probation.
