Architect – Design & Project Delivery

About the role

RG Creations Nepal is seeking a motivated and creative Architect to join its multidisciplinary AEC consultancy. You will contribute to the design and delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality and mixed‑use projects, ensuring high standards of professionalism and design excellence from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed design proposals, producing accurate plans, elevations, sections and schedules.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation and design presentations that comply with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and interior design teams, and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Support project meetings, obtain statutory approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, respond to technical queries and ensure construction quality aligns with approved design intent.
• Maintain complete architectural documentation, ensure consistency and support internal quality assurance procedures.
• Apply Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles where applicable to enhance design efficiency.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with a strong client focus.
• Committed to continuous professional development.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines.
