Architect – Design & Project Execution

About the role

Urban Notion is seeking a creative Architect to join its team in Bharatpur, Chitwan. You will translate client visions into practical, code‑compliant designs across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure integrated designs.
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction to verify design implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws and regulatory requirements.
• Create 3D models, renderings and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Manage project timelines and liaise with contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to refine deliverables.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials and construction technologies relevant to the local market.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong ability to interpret client needs and produce visually striking, functional designs.
• Excellent collaboration skills with clients, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of Nepalese building codes and regulatory standards.
