Civil Engineer – High Rise Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the design, planning and site supervision of a high‑rise building project in Bharatpur. The role involves ensuring structural integrity, compliance with codes, and coordination with architects, consultants and contractors to deliver the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural and civil designs, drawings, calculations and specifications for residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
• Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants and other stakeholders during design development.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and design modifications.
• Supervise construction activities, monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify quantities and measurements for contractor billing and project reporting.
• Implement quality control procedures and prepare progress reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design, planning and site supervision of large‑scale building projects.
• Strong technical expertise in structural and civil engineering, project execution and construction management.
• Proven ability to work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
