About the role
Hotel Butsugen, a boutique hotel located in Boudha near the Stupa, is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Assistant Desk Manager to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and the possibility of transitioning into a full‑time role, and college students are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with front‑desk and day‑to‑day hotel operations under the supervision of the General Manager.
- Provide friendly and professional guest care and support.
- Handle guest inquiries and communications through online platforms.
- Assist with reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and other front‑desk activities.
- Support social media and online communication activities.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.
