About the role
The Horizon Lounge is an exclusive VIP lounge operating in the departure terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. Managed by Soaltee Hotel Limited, a publicly listed hospitality leader in Nepal since 1966, the lounge offers premium services to travelers. We are looking for a professional Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a high‑standard experience. The role requires a polished appearance, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in a five‑star hotel or upscale restaurant as a hostess or similar role.
Required skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of hospitality and lounge operations.
