Assistant Program Manager

About the role

The Social Development Initiative Nepal (EduLift) is seeking a proactive Assistant Program Manager to support the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of its educational and community development programmes. This full‑time position will work closely with partner organisations, schools, donors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve their intended impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing program activities.
• Maintain communication with partner organisations, schools, donors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, work plans, budgets and related documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Organise workshops, meetings, training sessions and field visits.
• Support proposal writing, communication and project development.
• Maintain project records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
