ATM Field Support

About the role

Elite Solutions is looking for a dedicated ATM Field Support professional to join our technical team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing ATMs at client locations across Nepal, ensuring reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ATM installation, maintenance, and servicing at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on ATMs.
• Handle customer problem calls and tickets, providing prompt technical assistance.
• Communicate regularly with customers about service updates and issue resolution.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to keep ATMs running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and customer records.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams.
• Respond to emergency service requests as needed.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service protocols.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of ATM hardware and software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations across Nepal.
