About the role

Green Development Bank Limited is expanding its branch network in Pokhara and surrounding districts and is looking for energetic professionals to fill several key positions. The openings include Branch Manager, Semi‑Qualified Chartered Accountant, Credit Risk Reviewer/Relationship Manager, Operations In‑Charge and Trainee Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Branch Manager – oversee overall branch performance, lead the team, ensure compliance and drive business growth.
• Semi‑Qualified CA – support financial reporting, audit preparation and regulatory compliance for the central office.
• Credit Risk Reviewer/Relationship Manager – evaluate credit proposals, analyse financial statements and maintain client relationships.
• Operations In‑Charge – manage daily branch operations, coordinate transaction processing and supervise support staff.
• Trainee Assistant – assist senior staff with administrative tasks and learn banking procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or related field; master’s degree preferred for senior roles.
• Age not exceeding 40 years for managerial positions and 35 years for mid‑level roles; 25 years for trainee position.
• Minimum banking experience: 5 years for Branch Manager, 2 years for Credit Risk and Operations roles; fresh graduates eligible for trainee.
• Professional qualifications: CAP‑II/Intermediate for Semi‑Qualified CA.
