Barista

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Barista to prepare espresso‑based drinks and deliver friendly service at our coffee bar. You will work with high‑quality equipment and ensure every beverage meets our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, etc.) following company recipes.
• Operate and maintain La Marzocco espresso machines, grinders and other bar equipment.
• Ensure consistent grind, dose, extraction and milk texturing for each drink.
• Take orders accurately, serve customers courteously and answer basic queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas.
• Follow opening and closing checklists for the bar section.
• Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and report shortages.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Education: +2 or equivalent; barista training/certification is an advantage.
• Experience: 6 months–2 years as a barista preferred; enthusiastic freshers with a passion for coffee are also considered.
