BCSIT Program Coordinator

About the role

The BCSIT Program Coordinator will oversee the day‑to‑day academic operations of the BCSIT program at Pokhara College of Management. Acting as the main liaison among students, faculty, the college administration, and Pokhara University, the coordinator ensures that the curriculum is delivered in line with university standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all academic activities of the BCSIT program.
• Implement the curriculum according to Pokhara University guidelines.
• Maintain academic schedules, course plans, examination timetables, and calendars.
• Monitor teaching quality, course delivery, and student progress.
• Support faculty with academic planning, documentation, and course management.
• Ensure compliance with university regulations, examination procedures, and academic standards.
• Assist students with counseling, academic advising, and resolve related concerns.
• Organise examinations, assessments, result processing, and maintain academic records.
• Support quality‑enhancement initiatives, accreditation activities, and organise academic meetings, workshops, and seminars.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) experience in academic program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of higher‑education regulations and university‑level curriculum implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with students, faculty, university officials, and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, documentation, and quality‑assurance processes.
