Branch Manager – Educational Consultancy (Chitwan)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Branch Manager to lead our Chitwan office of a reputable educational consultancy. The role combines leadership, business development and operational oversight to grow student enrollments and branch revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations to meet business goals and organizational targets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that increase student enrollments and revenue.
• Build, motivate and supervise a high‑performing team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and analyse key business data.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and industry regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to achieve high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with head office on operational updates, recruitment needs and strategic initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage branch budgets, expenses and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within an education consultancy.
• Proven track record in business management and branch operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
