Branch Manager – Education Consultancy (Chitwan)

About the role

We are seeking a young, energetic, and result‑oriented Branch Manager to lead our Chitwan branch of an education consultancy. The role combines leadership, business development, and operational oversight to drive student enrollments and branch revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations to meet business goals and organizational targets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase student enrollments and revenue.
• Build, motivate and lead a high‑performing team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and analyse key business metrics.
• Develop strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with head office on operational updates, recruitment needs and strategic initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage branch budgets, expenses and operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a reputable organization.
• Prior experience in an education consultancy is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in business management and branch operations.
• Young, energetic, highly motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about team development and business growth.
