Branch Manager – Healthcare/Laboratory Services

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the performance of a healthcare/laboratory branch, ensuring financial targets, operational efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery. You will oversee sales, collections, budgeting, and team coordination while driving growth through new client and corporate onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate monthly branch performance against sales and collection targets.
• Prepare and submit weekly collection plans and monthly financial reports, including DSO monitoring and variance analysis.
• Drive outreach, promotional, and awareness activities (minimum two per month) to attract new doctors, clients, and corporate contracts.
• Onboard new clients, doctors, and corporate contracts, tracking revenue generated.
• Develop the annual budget, monitor actual vs. estimated spend, and submit variance reports within defined timelines.
• Control consumables and reagent purchases within budget limits and ensure timely billing to corporate office.
• Reduce administrative and overhead costs, preparing cost‑control reports for corporate review.
• Coordinate with HR for document processing, policy circulation, and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or related field; MHCM preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or laboratory branch operations, administration, and team management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare/laboratory service operations and ability to meet business and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented, capable of working independently and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
