Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Tandi outlet of Classic Tech, Nepal’s leading network service provider. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach branch staff, monitoring performance and productivity.
• Track sales and service metrics, ensuring targets are met and standards are upheld.
• Handle customer escalations, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Plan and execute local sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Manage branch resources, inventory, and reporting on performance.
• Collaborate with regional and central teams to roll out new products and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management experience.
• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Sales and business‑development track record with target achievement.
• Operational and administrative competence, including reporting and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in branch management, retail operations, telecom or ISP services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using billing systems.
