About the role
The Technical Support Officer will provide first‑line technical assistance to customers and ensure smooth operation of broadband and fiber‑optic networks. You will work on‑site in Pokhara/Lekhnath or Damak, collaborating with field and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
Key responsibilities
- L1/customer technical support and troubleshooting
- Broadband and fiber‑optic network operations
- Network testing, maintenance and fault resolution
- POP equipment monitoring, power backup management and site supervision
- Coordination with field and technical teams for outage, fiber‑cut and service issue resolution
- Technical reporting, documentation and inventory management
- Customer communication and on‑site technical support
Required profile
- +2 or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field
- Experience in ISP environments, networking, fiber optics, technical support or field operations is an advantage
