Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new property opportunities and building relationships with owners, agents, and clients. This role supports the sales team with market insights and lead conversion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential properties, clients, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Generate, organize, and maintain an updated database of potential clients and leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development and lead conversion activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, agents, and prospective clients.
• Analyze research findings and prepare regular reports on market opportunities and trends.
• Conduct field visits to collect, verify, and update market information.
• Support the sales team with relevant market insights and prospect information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, market research, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Good research, analytical, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of the hospitality or property market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field research and client/property visits when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
