Sales Associate – Real Estate

About the role

Nice Homes Nepal is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to drive property sales across the Kathmandu Valley. You will manage buyer leads, source suitable properties, and guide clients through negotiations to successful closures.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming buyer inquiries, profile requirements and maintain disciplined CRM records.
• Identify and curate residential and commercial properties that match client criteria.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct professional property presentations and site visits.
• Facilitate price and term negotiations, supporting both parties through transaction finalisation and documentation.
• Build long‑term relationships with owners, investors, banks and developers while staying updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Prior experience in real‑estate sales, business development or high‑value direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of Kathmandu Valley property markets, valuation and prime locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Strong negotiation, active listening and organisational discipline with a target‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the valley for client meetings and property inspections.
