About the role

Vista Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for five enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join its Business Development & Leadership Program. This internship offers students and fresh graduates hands‑on experience in sales, leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship while supporting the expansion of the company’s retailer network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective retailers and business partners.
• Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Explain the company’s direct‑selling model and its benefits to potential retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Support the expansion of the retail network and market presence.
• Participate in product presentations, business meetings, and promotional activities.
• Attend leadership and entrepreneurship training sessions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Current students or recent graduates interested in sales, leadership, business development, or entrepreneurship.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
