Business Development & Marketing Manager / Service Head – EV Division

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale a new electric‑vehicle (EV) business line in Kathmandu. The role combines business development, marketing and after‑sales service leadership to drive growth, expand the dealer network and win institutional and B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the EV 2‑wheel and 4‑wheel vertical.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis and regulatory compliance to shape product positioning.
• Build and manage a dealer network (3S) and oversee after‑sales service operations.
• Develop large‑account relationships with institutional, B2B and B2G clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales, marketing, engineering and finance objectives.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor key performance indicators and produce MIS reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6‑8 years of proven business development and marketing experience in the automobile or EV sector.
• Demonstrated success in dealer network management and handling large institutional accounts.
• Strong understanding of EV products, market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Target forecasting and MIS reporting.
