Business Development Representative – Last Mile Delivery

About the role

Drivra Express, the B2B arm of Drivra Mobility, is expanding its last‑mile delivery network across the Kathmandu Valley. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative who will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them choose the right delivery subscription plan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as retailers, e‑commerce sellers, marketplaces, and restaurants.
• Conduct on‑ground visits to pitch Drivra Express’s subscription plans and delivery solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with client decision‑makers and understand their delivery needs.
• Close deals, onboard new clients, and coordinate hand‑off to the operations team.
• Track outreach activities, manage the sales pipeline, and report progress regularly.
• Represent Drivra professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Comfortable with field work and on‑site client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient to rejection.
• Prior experience in field sales, business development or client acquisition (logistics experience a plus).
• Based in or willing to work across the Kathmandu Valley.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
