Business Growth & Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Growth & Client Relationship Manager to act as the bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams. The role focuses on coordinating requirements, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth within the fintech and banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients and regularly communicate to understand their needs and expectations.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on issues, and ensure commitments are communicated internally and resolved.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to evaluate requirements, prioritize based on business value and feasibility, and track progress through delivery and client acceptance.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules, products, services, and enhancements, and explore new business prospects in the banking and financial services sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and support the CEO in business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (MBA is a plus).
• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, software/IT services, banking technology, or product coordination.
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into software requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with both business users and technical teams.
