Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and accurate Cashier to join Kalash Services in Lalitpur. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, billing, and cash management while providing courteous service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card, digital‑wallet and other payment transactions with precision.
• Prepare and issue bills, receipts, invoices and maintain payment records.
• Perform daily cash counting, reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
• Safeguard cash and financial documents and coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team.
• Generate daily or weekly cash and transaction reports as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a cashier in a retail, hospitality, banking, BPO or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, billing and basic accounting principles.
