Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and performance of Hulas Infra, a fast‑growing pre‑engineered building company in Nepal. Based on‑site in Birganj, the CFO will oversee group‑level planning, budgeting, forecasting and the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, including cash‑flow management, capital structure and investment decisions.
• Lead finance teams, establish internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance and optimise financial processes.
• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements and reports on a timely basis.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership for strategic initiatives, risk management and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably as CFO or equivalent, in construction, infrastructure or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills to guide strategic decisions and evaluate performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with executives, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
• Advanced academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA or ACCA are a plus.
