Client Operations Executive

About the role

The Service Delivery Executive ensures Hexa’s operational commitments to clients are completed correctly and on time, acting as a control layer across HR administration, payroll, billing, immigration and other operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain client operational action trackers, monitor deadlines, and ensure issues are resolved and closed.
• Track client billing milestones, coordinate invoice submission, monitor acceptance, and provide collection updates to Finance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding progress, work orders, contract expiries and ensure timely actions to avoid service disruption.
• Monitor escalated employee matters, coordinate resolutions across HR, payroll, immigration and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prepare operational status information for client governance meetings and convert meeting minutes into action registers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in service delivery, shared services, BPO, staffing operations or similar.
• Highly organised, disciplined with strong follow‑up and chasing ability.
• Comfortable managing many concurrent tasks and pushing stakeholders firmly yet professionally.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with trackers, systems, portals and deadline management.
• Ability to understand HR, payroll, billing and workforce administration processes to route work effectively.
