Client Service Officer (CSO)

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Service Officer to act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries across phone, email and chat. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues promptly and contributing to continuous service improvement within a dynamic BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and professional support.
• Resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Record and monitor client interactions to uphold service quality.
• Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and data confidentiality.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of call center operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications or related field (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
