Client Services Representative

About the role

The Client Services Representative will act as the main liaison between the advertising agency and its clients, ensuring that client needs are understood and met throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to deliver high‑quality advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Gather and interpret client briefs, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular status reports and present campaign results to clients.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within advertising or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
