Client Support Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Client Support Assistant to join Route To Uni International Group in Kathmandu. The role involves assisting students and recruitment partners throughout the university application and admission process while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to student and partner inquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Visit client offices regularly to maintain strong professional relationships.
• Provide product knowledge on UK universities and related services.
• Support partners in delivering timely assistance and high service standards.
• Assist students in completing applications, ensuring all documents are collected, verified and submitted on schedule.
• Maintain and update records of applications, leads and partner activities in the internal CRM/database.
• Help organise education fairs, seminars and promotional events with the Partner Relationship Manager.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with students and agents to ensure smooth progress.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports and client records, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials and support digital‑marketing activities when required.
