About the role

The Clinic Operations Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at Samaj Dental Hospital in Kathmandu. The role combines staff coordination, patient flow management, and administrative oversight to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor daily workflow across clinical and non‑clinical teams.
• Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, support reception duties, and oversee inventory and equipment management.
• Facilitate communication between teams and senior management, resolving operational issues promptly.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and implement hospital policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong operational management skills, including staff coordination and workflow supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interaction with patients, staff, and management.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude to address daily operational challenges.
• Basic understanding of healthcare or dental clinic processes; prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in management, administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills
