Clinical & Operations Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to lead both the clinical and operational functions of our clinic. The role combines strategic oversight of medical standards with day‑to‑day management of staff, workflow, and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all clinical and operational activities within the clinic.
• Develop, implement, and maintain medical protocols, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage clinic workflow, staff coordination, inventory, and overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve the patient experience.
• Collaborate with senior management on business, staffing, and operational decisions.

Required profile

• MBBS or MD in a relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice and/or healthcare management experience, preferably in outpatient or primary‑care settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience in clinic operations, protocol development, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
