Clinical Sales Executive – OMF/CMF Medical Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Executive specialized in Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF) and Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) procedures. The role combines clinical expertise gained as an OT scrub nurse with sales responsibilities for specialized medical equipment and surgical instruments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment, surgical instruments and related products used in OMF/CMF surgeries.
• Visit hospitals, clinics and surgical centres to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OT teams and hospital management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical applications and benefits.
• Provide technical and clinical support during surgeries when required.
• Identify surgeons’ needs, recommend appropriate products and coordinate product trials, demonstrations and orders.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working in an operating theatre, preferably as a scrub nurse or scrub staff.
• Hands‑on experience in OMF or CMF surgeries.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, implants and OT procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities for sales and clinical support.
